Pets are not allowed in our houses

You can decorate your home to your own taste with accessories. You are not allowed to make any changes to the walls (including painting), furniture and upholstery.

It is not possible to extend a temporary lease.
It is not possible to extend a short stay contract.

The deposit will be transferred to the bank account number known to us within 8 to 10 weeks after the end date of the contract. Any outstanding amounts will be settled with the deposit.

With a campus contract, the resident must be registered at an MBO, HBO or WO institution. If you are a PhD student, you are also eligible for a campus contract. Proof of registration must be submitted once a year.
No, subletting is not possible.
